The bristles of an electric toothbrush head are usually made of Dupont/Pedex . The bristles must meet certain quality standards before they are purchased, such as softness, elasticity, and wear resistance. For example, high-quality Dupont/Pedex bristles should be soft and resilient, so they can effectively clean teeth while minimizing damage to the gums.

The brush head casing is usually made of plastic materials such as PP (polypropylene) or ABS. These materials need to have certain strength, corrosion resistance, and appearance quality.

During inspection, the dimensions and surface finish of the shell are checked to ensure that it can be accurately installed with the bristles and has a perfect appearance.

The bristles that have passed inspection are then inserted into the holes in the brush head casing according to the design requirements. This process requires the use of special planting equipment to ensure that the bristles are planted at the correct angle, density, and evenly distributed. The brush head model, the arrangement of the bristles, the color, and the shape will all different with each other.

After the bristles are implanted, the brush head casing needs to be sealed to prevent water, bacteria from entering the brush head interior. Then, the bristle will be polished in different length, every item has its own special bristle.

When the brush head bristle has been polished in right length, it can be installed with the handle.

Clean the assembled electric toothbrush head handle to remove dust and stains on the surface,and the shell surface need to be polished to make it smoother.
